Job Summary Pronto Staffing is hiring a Production Operator to help prepare and mix industrial materials. This is an entry-level position where you will follow specific recipes to weigh materials and operate mixing machinery. We are looking for someone who can work well with little supervision in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Review batch formulas and paperwork to prepare materials for production Weigh and organize raw materials and additives for blending Clean, set up, and operate mixing machinery safely Monitor equipment and pull samples for quality testing Package finished materials and move them through the facility Use a forklift to move supplies as needed Follow all company safety rules and keep the work area clean Requirements Ability to read and speak English to follow safety instructions and batch paperwork Basic math skills for weighing and measuring materials Experience or ability to learn forklift operation Basic computer skills Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and overtime as needed Must be able to wear steel-toe boots and jeans daily Work Environment Indoor work in a hot industrial manufacturing environment Ability to lift 50-55 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift Fast-paced production setting Background check and drug screen may be required Benefits Full benefits are available after permanent hire by the client.
