This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn manufacturing processes and develop technical skills. No prior machine operating experience is required. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard procedures. Load materials and remove finished products from machines. Perform basic quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report equipment issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors. Follow all company safety policies and production guidelines. Complete production records and documentation as required. Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Able to Pass Drug test. Basic math and computer skills preferred but not required. Be able to work overtime when necessary. Initiative. Bilingual Preferred.
