J & S Plating and Repair is hiring an Entry-Level Electroless Nickel Plater for our Farmersville facility. No previous plating experience is required. We will train the right candidate. We are looking for someone dependable, willing to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Significant overtime available and expected Full-time position Responsibilities Learn and perform electroless nickel plating processes Prepare parts for plating, including cleaning, masking, racking, and handling Load and unload parts from plating tanks Monitor processing times and follow established work instructions Complete required production paperwork Inspect parts throughout the process Maintain a clean and organized work area Properly use required PPE and follow chemical-handling and safety procedures Assist other team members as needed Follow company procedures and supervisor instructions Qualifications No previous plating experience required Manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, mechanical, or other hands-on work experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn a skilled trade Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and chemicals Must be willing to work overtime as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Probationary Period This position includes a 120-day probationary period . Attendance, performance, dependability, ability to learn the process, and overall job fit will be evaluated during this period.
