Lexington Medical Lodge is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to handle direct resident care on the floor. You will work alongside floor nurses to assist residents with personal hygiene and mobility needs. This position focuses on providing steady hands-on support and maintaining accurate reporting of resident condition changes. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily dressing and personal hygiene tasks Support safe transfers and repositioning using proper body mechanics Collect and document vital signs and meal intake Answer call lights promptly and assist residents with floor requests Report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse

Starting at $16/hr, depending on experience

12-Hour Day Shift (6am-6pm)
