• Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Leggett & Platt

• What You'll Do Operate machinery Monitor production processes and verify products meet quality specifications Make machine adjustments as directed to maintain product quality Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process abnormalities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize product variations Good attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic math and communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production needs Physical Requirements Frequently bend, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Benefits Health insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k), Employee discount, Health savings account
