We are hiring multiple Assembly Operators to support production of precision medical device components and subassemblies. Operators will work on a variety of stations that may include ultrasonic welding, barbed component-to-tubing assembly, leak testing, bagging/packaging, and other testing/inspection processes. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with welding, automatic equipment (bagging, tube cutting), leak testing, or related manufacturing processes in a regulated environment. We are looking for reliable team members who take pride in quality workmanship and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, welding, testing, and packaging of medical device subassemblies according to detailed work instructions and SOPs. Operate ultrasonic welders, automatic bagging machines, tube-cutting equipment, leak testers, and other production machinery as assigned. Conduct visual inspections, dimensional checks, and functional tests to ensure products meet quality standards. Assemble components with tubing and complete related subassembly processes with precision and attention to detail. Package finished product according to specifications and maintain accurate production records. Follow all cleanroom, GMP, and safety procedures. Identify and escalate quality or equipment issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5S and continuous improvement efforts. Work collaboratively with quality, shipping/receiving, and other production team members to meet daily output and quality goals. Perform other related duties as assigned to support production needs. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior manufacturing experience preferred; experience with welding (especially ultrasonic), automatic machines (bagging, tube cutting), leak testing, or medical device assembly is a strong plus. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and visual aids. Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to cross-train on multiple stations. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
