Shift Needs:

1st shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Must have open availability to work 10-11-hour shifts Basic mechanical aptitude Strong attention to detail Good retention skills Coachable and willing to learn Responsibilities Set up machines according to production specifications and safety standards before operation. Operate machinery efficiently while monitoring performance throughout the production cycle. Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure optimal functioning. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards and meet production targets. Document production data accurately, including cycle times, output, and any issues encountered. Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime. Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes. Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred. Strong understanding of machinery operation, safety procedures, and maintenance routines. Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and production schedules. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
