Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Job duties:
Perform hand soldering and complex cable assembly operations according to established specifications and work instructions. Solder connectors and components onto cable assemblies using soldering irons and related hand tools. Inspect assemblies using microscopes and magnification equipment to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met. Perform rework, repairs, adjustments, and special assembly processes, including engineering and validation builds. Read assembly drawings and work instructions, record quality data, operate basic test equipment, and maintain a safe and clean work area.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of hand soldering and/or cable assembly experience preferred.
IPC J-STD-001
certification (CIS or CIT) preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent hand dexterity when working with small components. Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, work instructions, measurements, and basic math in English. #
GENLV Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour
