Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator 1, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, operating and maintaining a variety of production equipment to ensure the efficient and quality-driven assembly of our specialized tools and technologies. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various types of production equipment, including brake presses, CNC machines, and assembly presses Perform assembly and fabrication tasks to high-quality standards Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, Assembler, or in a similar production role Proficiency in operating brake presses, CNC machines, and other production equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Commitment to safety and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This position will be based in a manufacturing facility, with exposure to various industrial machinery and equipment. The work environment may involve noise, vibration, and the need to lift and move heavy materials. Strict safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) are required.
Compensation and Benefits:
$17 per hour/$18 Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
