KP Staffing in Burleson is now hiring Production Operators, Assemblers, Machine Operators, and QC Testers for a leading oilfield manufacturing company in Godley, TX! Job Summary The company manufactures specialized equipment and components used in the oil and gas industry. Employees will be trained on various manufacturing processes, including operating presses, assembling products, operating machinery, and performing quality inspections. These are hands-on manufacturing positions that require attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established safety and production procedures. Several positions are trainable, making this a great opportunity for candidates who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Pay $17 per hour for Production, Assembly, Machine Operator, and QC positions $17 per hour + $2 shift differential for Night Shift $22 per hour and up, depending on experience, for
Manufacturing Technician Shift Day Shift:
6 a.m.
  • 4:30 p.m., Monday
  • Friday Some Production Positions:
    5 a.m.
  • 5:30 p.
m.
Night Shift:
5 p.m.
  • 5:30 a.m., Monday
  • Thursday Night shift includes a $2 per hour shift differential for up to 40 hours per week. Employees hired for the night shift will initially train on day shift from 5 a.m.

m. The shift differential will begin once employees transition to the night shift. Duties Operate presses and production equipment as trained Perform assembly tasks following established procedures Operate manufacturing machinery Inspect products for quality and accuracy Perform basic measurements and inspections Use basic hand tools as required Follow established safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow detailed instructions and production processes Maintain strong attention to detail Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus Several positions are trainable Strong attention to detail Dependable and willing to learn Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures Basic tool knowledge is a plus Ability to read calipers is a plus for Machine Operator positions Mechanically or technically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply for Manufacturing Technician Ability to work the assigned shift Ability to work overtime as requested High School Diploma or GED preferred Job Type Temp-to-hire How to Apply Send Yaki a text at (817) 422
