Lariat Rope manufacturer seeking dependable rope machine operators. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Excellent opportunity in a fast pace, fully air-conditioned production environment.

Duties:

Operate industrial rope machines to manufacture lariat ropes for the team roping industry. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors. Learn new processes as needed.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Eagerness to learn & apply new skills. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements. Required current Driver's licenses & State or Federal ID, and Social Security card for complete I-9 work documents. Must be able to read, write and speak good English.
