Pay Rate:

$17.00/hour 1st shift: 5:00 am to 5:00 pm 2nd shift: 5:00 pm to 5:00 am The job location is in Grand Prairie, Texas 75050 Temp to Perm.

Position Type:

Temp-to-Perm "It's a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You'll work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days, have 2 days off, work 2 days, then have 3 days off. You get every other weekend off. Day shift is 5 AM-5 PM and night shift is 5 PM-5 AM." Schedule Explanation - Pitman 2-2-3 This position works a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotating schedule . You will not work Monday through Friday every week . Your scheduled workdays rotate on a 14-day cycle : 2 days ON → 2 days OFF → 3 days ON → 2 days OFF → 2 days ON → 3 days OFF This means you will work every other weekend , but you will also have a full Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every other week . You will never work more than 3 consecutive day

Essential Responsibilities:

Package finished products according to company standards Label, seal, and prepare items for shipment Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy Operate packaging equipment and follow safety procedures Maintain production records and documentation Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, production, or packaging experience preferred Machine operating experience Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
