Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment for quality, defects, jams, and stalls, ensuring smooth operations.
• Starting, stopping, and adjusting production runs as needed to meet production goals.
• Following run instructions provided by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Engineer to maintain workflow efficiency. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma (Trade School certification preferred) and can train on the first shift.
• Bring 1-3 years of production or machine operation experience to the table.
• Possess basic math and computer skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
