CNC Fiber Laser Machine OperatorSchedule:
4 days per week, 7:00 AM-6:00

Available as neededJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC fiber laser cutting equipment and be comfortable working with a variety of metal materials and thicknesses.

ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC fiber laser cutting machinery safely and efficiently.

Set up machines according to production requirements.

Cut aluminum, steel, and stainless steel to specified dimensions.

Work with material thicknesses ranging from approximately 0.018" to 0.75".Think critically and make sound decisions to resolve production challenges.

Manage time effectively to meet production schedules and deadlines.

QualificationsPrevious CNC laser machine operating experience preferred.

Experience with fiber laser cutting equipment is a strong advantage.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and production instructions.

Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and metal fabrication.

Ability to work the scheduled 4-day workweek and overtime as needed.

Willingness to learn and follow established safety procedures.
