Starting at$10 per hour. About Us Kumon is the world's largest after-school math and reading enrichment program . At our center, we are dedicated to helping students from age 4 to 14 years of age. Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Kumon Center Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting students, grading assignments, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the center. Responsibilities Guide Early Learners (ages 3-7) through worksheets and ensure they study assigned material. Guide students ages 8-14 with Math & Reading assignments. Grade and log homework and classwork into student records. Support the Kumon team with instructional tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong skills in math and reading skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with young children is preferred but not required. Patience, compassion, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping children succeed. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be a citizen or have work authorization. Why Join Us?
