As an embroidery assistant, you willsupport the embroidery production process by preparing materials, operating or assisting with embroidery machines, and helping meet production goals. This role is often part of a larger embroidery or garment production team. Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation & Setup:
Hoop and align garments or fabrics, load embroidery machines, and prepare materials for stitching
Production Support:
Assist in setting up and operating embroidery machines efficiently and accurately; monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality
Garment & Fabric Preparation:
Organize and align materials, trim and finish embroidered pieces, and assist with sewing or garment construction as needed
Quality Control:
Check embroidered products for accuracy, alignment, and finish; report defects or issues promptly
Maintenance & Organization:
Perform basic machine and inventory checks; keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency
Record Keeping:
Maintain logs of production batches, machine maintenance, and quality checks
Team Collaboration:
Work with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with sewing machines, embroidery machines, and garment assembly techniques Attention to
Detail:
Strong eye for precision in stitching, alignment, and finishing
