Compounding Operator Strukmyer Medical Mesquite, TX Job Details Full-time $20 - $23 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Professional development assistance Safety equipment provided Flexible schedule Life insurance Qualifications Hot melt extrusion in formulation development Confidential Clearance Granulation in formulation development Industrial mixers Manufacturing spray drying High school diploma or GED Lyophilization Weighing scales Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Weigh and stage raw materials according to batch sheets and formulas Operate mixers, tanks, and compounding equipment safely and efficiently Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures at all times Record lot numbers, weights, and process data accurately Maintain cleanliness in the compounding and pre-weigh areas Assist with troubleshooting mixing or viscosity issues Transfer finished batches to filling/processing areas Coordinate with QA, Production Leads, and Maintenance as needed Perform basic equipment checks and report any deviations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3-5years of experience in compounding , chemical mixing , pharma , cosmetics , or food manufacturing preferred Ability to read and follow batch records, SOPs, and safety requirements Strong math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Experience with GMP manufacturing Familiarity with USP water systems, mixers, pumps, and filtration Work Environment Fast-paced production area Exposure to chemicals, powders, mixers, and tanks PPE required (gloves, goggles, hairnets, etc.)
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
