Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$20.00 per hour. M - Thu 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, with availability to work overtime on Fri and Sat Why you should apply to be

Machine Operator:

You'll be: Setting up and operating production machinery according to established procedures and guidelines Adjusting machine settings to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Using staple guns to secure split jambs, loading jambs/doors on machines, machining with routers, and attaching hinges with screw guns Inspecting products for defects and carrying out repairs with provided tools Maintaining a safe and clean workspace in compliance with operational and safety SOPs This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have knowledge of hand tools, small power tools, and pneumatic equipment (such as stapler machines) Understand commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in manufacturing Can read tape measures, angle finders, and squares with high accuracy Are able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality standards, and creativity Possess regular attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth production operations Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), with 1-2 years of manufacturing or woodworking experience (preferred) What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
