Job Description

ASSEMBLY OPERATOR
(GUN LOADER) Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM $15.50 per hour As an Assembly Operator (Gun Loader), you will assemble, inspect, and test products according to established quality, engineering, and safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Adapted from the client's position description.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assemble products using hand tools and production equipment according to specifications. Load, repair, and store production equipment safely and accurately. Inspect components during assembly to identify defects and ensure product quality. Perform testing and verify completed assemblies meet quality standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and production documentation. Assist with inventory counts as needed. Perform basic preventive maintenance following written procedures and checklists. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
