Temp We are looking for a dependable and safety-minded Singles Operator to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities Set up and operate extrusion equipment to produce quality wire and cable products. Follow work orders and production specifications. Select and install proper tooling, screws, reels, and equipment settings. Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed. Complete production paperwork accurately. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tooling. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Report equipment or product issues to the supervisor. Work closely with Quality Assurance and other team members. Help identify ways to improve production processes and efficiency. Prepare equipment for the next shift. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation. Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions. Good attention to detail. Ability to identify different product colors.
