Staff Force is currently hiring experienced Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility. We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals with experience operating production machinery, preferably in foam manufacturing, plastic extrusion, or injection molding. Candidates with experience operating EPP Foam Molding Machines or EVA Foam Extrusion Machines are strongly encouraged to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.

May be offered based on production needs Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in foam production. Load plastic pellets and raw materials into machinery. Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor production processes to ensure efficient machine operation. Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues. Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Meet daily production and quality standards. Qualifications Previous machine operating experience required. Experience with EPP Foam Molding Machines or EVA Foam Extrusion Machines preferred. Experience in plastic extrusion, injection molding, or foam manufacturing is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow production instructions and safety guidelines. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
