• 7:00 AM | End time between 3:30 PM
• 4:30 PM RPM Staffing is hiring an experienced Print Screen Operator to support the production of high-quality acoustic products.

This role is responsible for operating screen printing equipment, maintaining print quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous print operator experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain screen printing equipment
• Prepare screens, inks, and materials according to production specifications
• Inspect printed products for color accuracy, alignment, and quality
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and quality standards
• Utilize computer systems for production tracking and inventory management
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
• Record production data, material usage, and quality metrics
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of screen printing or related print operator experience
• Manufacturing experience required; acoustics, signage, or industrial printing preferred
• Proficient with computer systems, production software, and inventory platforms
• Forklift certification and experience required
• Ability to read work orders, technical drawings, and color specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and dedication to workplace safety Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of screen printing techniques, inks, mesh selection, and curing processes
• Experience working with specialty materials and substrates
• Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance skills
