Schedule Wednesday to Saturday 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM Responsibilities Operate the ten-head poucher and assigned filling equipment according to approved procedures and production standards. Load materials into unscramblers and replenish packaging materials to maintain line flow. Perform fleece swaps, reloads, and other assigned changeover activities correctly. Flex between active fillers to maintain coverage and support production output. Complete required in-process quality checks and accurately document results in the batch manufacturing record. Continuously inspect pouch production and remove defective or nonconforming products. Monitor the pouch vision system and verify that rejects are functioning properly. Place lot-specific roll samples on the batch record and verify label lot information at reloads. Operate, monitor, and rebalance labelers and case-sleeving equipment within assigned training. Perform approved laser recalibration and routine equipment troubleshooting. Escalate out-of-specification conditions to the supervisor within 10 minutes and document the event. Complete scheduled equipment sanitation, clean cycles, and required records. Maintain a clean and orderly production area throughout the shift. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements. Other duties as assigned. Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years of manufacturing, food processing, chemical, or pharmaceutical production experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, accurate documentation, reliable attendance, and dependability. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, use hands and controls, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Work Environment FDA-regulated manufacturing environment with moving and automated equipment. Regular exposure to raw materials, ingredients, noise, and required protective equipment.
