Job Title Machine Operator Helper/Material Prep Rockwall, TX 75087 A global manufacturer of infrastructure equipment serving telecommunications, utilities, municipalities, and related industries. Job Summary The Machine Operator Helper/Material Prep is responsible for assembling and handling fiberglass/composite products while following production, quality, and safety standards. This position operates hand tools, power tools, and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves prepping the materials to load into the machines and unloading products from machine. Key Responsibilities Assemble and finish SMC/fiberglass products according to work orders and production standards Operate hand tools, power tools, molds, presses, and production equipment safely Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards Read and understand work instructions and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area Meet daily production goals and complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and understand English Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work overtime as needed Must pass background check and drug test Work Environment Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift. Work is indoors in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to heat, dust, fiberglass materials, noise, and strong odors. #ZR #ENGHP
