Shift Available:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift) B Shift (Night Shift): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday Job Description The Bag Department is the final step in the manufacturing process, where printed plastic rolls are converted into finished bags. This department is non-climate controlled but is not as hot as the extrusion area. Candidates must be comfortable operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Monitor bag quality and communicate any issues to the machine operator Count finished bags and place them into boxes Stack completed boxes onto pallets Assist operators while maintaining production pace Perform quality checks throughout the production process Lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs. Bend, reach overhead, and stack boxes throughout the shift Remain standing for the duration of the shift Work safely while meeting production goals Ability to work 12-hour shifts Requirements Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
