Operate commercial embroidery machines according to production schedules.
Load and prepare garments, hats, bags, and other products for embroidery.
Install and change embroidery threads, needles, and machine settings as needed.
Review work orders and verify design specifications before production begins.
Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and proper stitch formation.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, thread color, placement, and overall appearance.
Trim excess threads and prepare completed items for packaging or shipping.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major equipment concerns to management.
Maintain accurate production records and inventory of supplies.
