Luxor Staffing is hiring a Extrusion Machine Operator paying up to $20 per hour with 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! Duties Operate and troubleshoot extrusion line equipment safely and efficiently Maintain working knowledge of extrusion processes and all related machinery Use and adjust process control systems (e.g., Zumbach) and product specifications Complete accurate production records, reports, and documentation daily Utilize measurement tools to ensure product quality and specifications Perform changeovers, startups, and shutdowns following proper procedures Verify production information and prepare materials, tooling, and setups for upcoming jobs Monitor product quality, identify defects, and follow QA standards and testing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify, report, and help resolve safety hazards or equipment issues Follow all procedures, work instructions, and production guidelines Assist in training and development of other employees Perform other duties as assigned Experience Proven experience operating plastics extrusion machinery within a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or general education degree (ged): or related experience or training. Familiarity with plastics blow molding, injection molding, machining, and fabrication processes.
