Job Description

MACHINE OPERATOR
Various shifts available $17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Set up and operate pultrusion production lines. Read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions. Count, measure, and weigh materials. Load materials and monitor machine operation. Identify and report quality issues. Handle materials safely and follow all safety procedures. Perform machine setups and changeovers. Keep work area clean and organized.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Stable work history preferred. Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred. Ability to read work instructions and blueprints. Basic math skills. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Must pass a pre-employment math test.
