BATCH MAKER! Mix It Up & Make a Difference! | Apply Today! RPM Staffing is looking for a skilled and dependable Batch Maker to join our team! If you have production experience, enjoy working with equipment, and take pride in accuracy and quality, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently to produce product batches Accurately record production and batch data Monitor and reconcile product yields Perform in-process quality inspections to maintain high standards Complete equipment set-ups and changeovers Follow clean room and sanitation practices Verify ingredients, lot numbers, batch codes, and documentation Follow FIFO stock rotation procedures

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of batch making, mixing, or production experience preferred Basic shop math and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Mechanical/technical aptitude with the ability to make basic machinery adjustments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$18-$22/HR DOE Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Must be able to work overtime as needed Ready to Mix Things Up?
