In this role, you will operate and monitor a state-of-the-art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast-paced distribution center environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues
Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks
Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system
Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime
Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Effective verbal communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights up to 80-100 feet
Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures Work Environment Work includes time in cold storage and freezer environments (down to -10F)
