Job Description:

Wilsonart in Temple, Texas has an opening for a Packer Wilsonart, Temple, Texas Cut-To-Size department currently has an opening for a Packer. This person will assist with inspecting laminate, setting up tables, pallets and skids for inspection process. Under the direction of the Team Lead/Supervisor. Perform other tasks as required. This is for the night crew.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Flip laminate. Load and unload saws Band pallets Operate lifts Inspect laminate Maintain a clean and safe work environment Set up tables, pallets and skids for inspection process Move inspected material to staging area for MJ saw Change saw blades when working on saws Basic computer skills.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of safety standards applicable to the work area. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to read a tape measure (to 16th).

Experience:

One year of work experience is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking/pushing/climbing and lifting material or equipment of heavy weight (>50 lbs)
