• 12:30 AM Days and hours are subject to change based on production demands. About the Role We are seeking a Night Shift Press Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are valued. What You'll Do
• Operate injection, compression, and alternate presses, as well as hoists, pallet jacks, and other production equipment
• Ensure all products meet required specifications and production standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all PPE and safety requirements
• Transport materials, perform measurements, and assist with preventative maintenance activities
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and support audits
• Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute
• 0-3 years of manufacturing or press machine operator experience
• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing
• Basic communication, math, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to become forklift certified Work Environment This position works in both manufacturing and office environments and requires daily use of tools and equipment.

PPE and steel-toed footwear are required. Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with standard hours Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Occasional extended hours and Friday work may be required based on production needs. Why Apply
