We're currently hiring a Packing Machine Operator to support our production operations in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment. What You'll Do:

As a Packing Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include: Operate mixers, extruders, presses, and other production equipment safely and effectively Accurately weigh and mix raw materials based on formulations Use measuring tools and enter production data into our MRP system Maintain product identification and traceability Follow all safety standards and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Support housekeeping and preventative maintenance efforts Assist with audits and ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors to meet production demands

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs Basic math, computer, and communication skills Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneeling Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols

Work Environment:

You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Why UTEX?
