UTEX Industries is seeking an experienced Rubber Mill Room Machine Operator to support our rubber manufacturing operations. In this role, you will safely operate mill room equipment, mix rubber compounds, and ensure products meet quality and production standards. What You'll Do:
As a Rubber Mill Room Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include: Safely operate mill room equipment including mills, internal mixers, batch-off systems, and related machinery.

Weigh and mix raw materials according to rubber compound formulations.

Monitor product quality and perform visual inspections for defects.

Maintain accurate product identification and traceability.

Support production goals while meeting specifications and quality standards.

Utilize scales, rulers, and other measuring tools.

Assist with preventative maintenance activities.

Transport materials throughout the facility.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent or 1+ years of manufacturing experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to use measuring tools and basic computer programsBasic math, computer, and communication skillsComfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneelingMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
Preferred:
Forklift experience
Work Environment:
You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Why UTEX?
