Job Description

Operator Level 1REPORTS TO:
Department Manager with direction from Team CaptainSHIFT DAYS /HOURS
Monday through Thursday 6 pm - 6 am.STARTING WAGE
$17/hr. Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Anodic team.What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Prepare and process aluminum extrusions per documented customer specifications.
- Assist in monitoring tank liquid levels.
- Monitor material placement prior to beginning anodizing process to prevent material damage or waste.
- Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions
Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:
- Ability to push and/or pull heavy loads
- Heavy lifting (up to 50-75 lbs.) overhead repeatedly during the shift
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
- Attention to detail and accurately process the order according to customer specifications.
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Able to work overtime, as needed
