Department Manager with direction from Team Captain
SHIFT DAYS /HOURS
Sunday through Wednesday (Some Overtime Required) 6 am
  • 4 pm
STARTING WAGE
$17/hr. Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our TSLOTS team.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Operating various types of machinery including (but not limited to):
  • Brake presses
  • Drill presses
  • Small mill
  • Large mill
  • Cut to Length
  • Punch and
I.D, 7.0
to 7.5 ton presses
  • Inspect material before and after fabricating to check for quality.
  • Moving material to and from Warehouse
  • Maintaining all specified tolerances per instructions
  • Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions
Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Candidates must meet the following job-specific requirements to be considered for employment.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively during shift
  • Ability to push and/or pull materials using rolling carts
  • Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers)
  • Maintain excellent attendance
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Able to work overtime, as needed
