Full Job Description Description:
This is a fast-paced position that has the responsibility of providing the mixed bulk product to the production line. Must be able to work in and manage a three-person team. Must be able to lift bulk product on a consistent basis.
Essential Job Duties:
Be able to follow directions both written and verbal Load bulk ingredients onto pallets Load bulk ingredients into mixer Unload mixer into Bulk Supersacks Ensure food products meet desired quality and safety standards by completing check (batch records completion, first article checks and mixer clearance checks) Participate in re-working product that did not meet desired quality and safety standards to bring it up to acceptable standards Work as a team to maintain a clean environment by sweeping, mopping, keeping trash picked up and taken out, wiping down mixer and components, etc. Must be able to drive a forklift and manage a pallet jack. Perform other related tasks as required

Competencies Ability to understand and follow written/spoken instructions in English. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis. Ability to take and pass a food handler's certification test within 30 days of hire date. Commitment to follow all Company procedures. Strict Adherence to safety standards and requirements. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. The shift is 10 hours. Day Shift Hours are 3:20pm to 1:50am Monday - Thursday Overtime might be required at times.
