Our team designs, manufactures, warehouses, and fulfills products for companies across many industries. We are seeking a hard-working full-time (36-40 hrs/wk) Production Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities As a Production Assistant you will be primarily responsible for assisting our screen printing, embroidery, and heat press transfer teams. This could include, but is not limited to, preparing product and supplies for decoration, working directly with press operators during production jobs, and taking a lead role job changeover activities. We have made extensive investments in the past year so you will gain experience with some of the most cutting-edge equipment and technology in the industry. Qualifications You are a great candidate if you learn fast, have a strong attention to detail, and are a team player interested in seeing your individual effort contribute to the overall success of a business. Prior screen printing/apparel decoration experience is a plus but not necessary. Must be able to stand for sustained periods of time and move/lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
