About the
Role:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Surface Mount Technology ( SMT ) Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Spartronics! Work Schedule:
+ 4-day/10-hour work week. + Shift 1: Monday
- Thursday, 5:30 AM
- 4:00 PM. + Shift 2: Monday
- Thursday, 4:00 PM
- 2:30 AM; plus a shift differential of $1.

+ Overtime may be required.
+ Candidates with strong experience and demonstrated skills may qualify for a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
+ Operate SMT line equipment, including solder paste printer, SPI setup, pick-and-place machines, and reflow oven.
+ Set up, load reels onto feeders, circuit boards, and materials for SMT line operations.
+ Conduct in-process checks using SPI and X-ray equipment to verify solder quality.
+ Visually inspect circuit boards for obvious defects and escalate issues as needed.
+ Perform changeovers, line setup, and adjustments to maintain production flow.
+ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of SMT workstations and tools.
+ Follow detailed work instructions and comply with ESD and safety protocols.
