Machine Operator

Job Description Responsibilities Produce TPU screen protector orders and ensure on-time delivery. Operate die-cutting and related production machinery safely and efficiently. Adjust machine parameters according to work instructions to meet product specifications. Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and minor troubleshooting. Support quality inspections and continuous improvement to reduce scrap. Comply with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical background preferred. Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience; experience with films or die-cutting is a plus. Ability to read and understand basic English work instructions. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn maintenance skills.
