In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed stick pack packaging machinery to ensure efficient production of quality products. Your expertise will help us meet strict quality standards while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork are essential for success. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor stick pack packaging machines to ensure smooth production flow. Perform routine inspections and quality control checks throughout the packaging process to verify product integrity and compliance with FDA regulations. Conduct sanitation and sanitation procedures in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to maintain a cleanroom environment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform basic machine maintenance, and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs or adjustments. Handle materials safely using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper materials handling and storage. Document production data accurately, including counts, batch numbers, and quality control results. Follow safety protocols diligently, including sanitation procedures, warehouse safety practices, and adherence to FDA regulations. Experience Prior experience operating packaging machinery or manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Warehouse experience involving materials handling, forklift operation, or pallet jack use is advantageous. Familiarity with CGMP standards, FDA regulations, and cleanroom protocols is a plus. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients or adjusting machine settings accurately. Knowledge of assembly processes related to packaging or manufacturing environments enhances performance in this role.
