Job Description
Maximum Senior Benefits - Inside Sales Representative Base hourly pay plus commission, with a first-year earning potential of $30,000-$50,000+ Maximum Senior Benefits is seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and want to build a rewarding career in sales. We specialize in helping senior citizens understand their Final Expense Insurance options. No prior sales or insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and cover the cost of all required insurance licensing and certifications. If you're coachable, hardworking, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Follow up with individuals who have expressed interest in our services Inbound/Outbound calls to assess client needs Build relationships with senior clients through consultative conversations Educate clients about Final Expense Insurance and Medicare-related solutions Help clients identify coverage options that fit their individual needs Maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We Offer Company-paid Life & Health Insurance licensing Company-paid state exam and licensing fees Extensive training and mentorship Proven Sales System and Script Professional development and sales coaching Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team-oriented work environment Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable speaking with clients by phone Basic computer proficiency Must be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License Must pass required insurance certifications Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization Must be available to work in-office a minimum of 30 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Licensing Information Maximum Senior Benefits covers the cost of all required licensing courses, state exam fees, and insurance licensing expenses. Candidates must successfully complete licensing and certification requirements before beginning compensated sales activities.
