In this role, you will play a crucial part in the final stages of our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company standards. Cut and install springs manually Deburr parts Utilize various tools and equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
