Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of industrial machinery, ensuring precision, safety, and productivity at every step. Your expertise will help drive our manufacturing excellence, supporting continuous improvement and operational success. This paid position offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment. Duties Operate CNC machining centers, including CNC lathes, milling machines, and other automated equipment such as Fanuc-controlled systems to produce parts to exact specifications. Set up and calibrate machinery like press brakes, stamping presses, and flexo presses to meet production requirements. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, shop math skills, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to verify dimensions and quality standards. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime while adhering to safety standards in production environments. Handle materials and tooling safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; prepare raw materials for machining or assembly processes. Perform routine maintenance on machines and assist with fabrication tasks involving welding or assembly when needed. Experience Proven experience operating CNC machines (including CNC programming and CAM programming), with a solid understanding of mechanical blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting, factory operations, and manufacturing processes. Hands-on experience with shop tools, hand tools, tooling setup, and materials handling in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Knowledge of safety standards in production settings along with the ability to interpret technical specifications accurately. Basic math skills including shop math, measurements using micrometers or calipers, and understanding GD&T principles. Experience working with CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus; familiarity with welding or assembly line work is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.26 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including day OR night ? This position requires a clean background. Candidates with a history of violence, DUI/DWI, misdemeanors, or felonies will not be considered.
