What You'll Do Assemble custom lithium battery packs designed for UAV/drone applications Solder, weld, and connect cells and components following precise specifications Inspect and test batteries for quality, safety, and performance Shrink wrap, label, and prepare batteries for shipping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to improve processes and product design Document builds and provide feedback to improve production efficiency What Makes You a Great Fit Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality, reliable products Ability to follow detailed instructions and read technical specifications Comfortable working with your hands and small tools (soldering experience is a plus but we will train) Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team Open to learning new skills and taking on new challenges Prior experience in electronics, manufacturing, UAV/drone tech, or military service is a plus, but not required What You'll Gain Paid, hands-on training in battery assembly and UAV power systems Opportunities to advance into leadership, engineering, or quality roles A collaborative environment with a strong mission focus The chance to be part of the growing U.S. drone manufacturing sector Core Values We Live By Run Toward the
