We are excited to announce the expansion of our gummy manufacturing operations with the addition of another line and two new cook stands. To support this growth, we are seeking detail-oriented Gummy Blending Technicians.

• Job Summary
• The Gummy Blending Technician will play a crucial role in our dietary supplement manufacturing operations. This position involves accurately blending gummy formulations according to approved batch records while adhering to strict GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• Weigh, measure, and blend raw ingredients per batch records and SOPs
• Operate blending kettles and related equipment
• Verify lot numbers, quantities, and documentation accuracy
• Monitor temperature, Brix, pH, and blend consistency
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with GMP and sanitation standards
• Complete batch production records accurately and in real time
• Communicate with QA, Production Leads, and Supervisors regarding deviations or issues
• Qualifications
• Manufacturing, food, or supplement experience preferred
• Ability to follow written SOPs and batch records precisely
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills for weighing and scaling formulas
• GMP experience a plus (training provided)
• Preferred Experience
• Gummy, confectionery, or liquid blending experience
• Familiarity with pectin or gelatin systems
• HACCP or food safety training
