The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory and machining environments, with experience in manufacturing processes. This role involves fabricating components, handling materials, and ensuring compliance with CGMP standards. The Blending Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and product quality within our facility. Duties Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Verifies every ingredient prior to dumping into the blender. Follows product blending procedures for each product. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow and reduce waste. Conduct materials handling tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials as needed. Relies on verbal and written instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Package finished products for shipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment in accordance with CGMP regulations. Operate forklifts safely for the movement of materials within the warehouse. Qualifications Proven experience as a machine operator. Familiarity with production manufacturing concepts and practices. Strong skills in fabrication techniques and materials handling. Knowledge of CGMP guidelines is a plus. Adherence to health and safety regulations. Forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
