Packaging Operator - Medical Device ManufacturingJob Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will inspect, label, and package raw materials and finished medical device products while ensuring compliance with quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , and company procedures. This position may require working in a cleanroom environment and maintaining accurate production documentation. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Label and package medical device products according to established procedures. Perform visual inspections to identify defects, damage, or nonconforming materials. Verify product labels, packaging materials, and product information for accuracy. Maintain accurate production records and documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) . Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to gowning and contamination control procedures when required. Support production, packaging, and quality activities as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate quality concerns or production issues to supervisors promptly. Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or production experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
