Axiom Staffing Group is seeking Bindery Workers for a well known company located in Berryville, VA. In this role, you will assist with daily bindery operations by preparing, loading, and organizing bundled materials for production. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with bindery operations by loading bundled signatures and materials into pocket feeders Communicate material needs and job sequence information with drivers and production staff Review work orders for inserts, illustrations, special instructions, and other job requirements Verify load tags, titles, and materials against work orders to ensure accuracy Inspect bundles to confirm the correct titles, quantities, and positioning Manually load bundles or use material-handling equipment/lifts as needed Clear and count materials from completed orders before beginning the next job Set up gatherers and pocket loaders for production Monitor production and visually inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met Complete required production, oversight, and storage reports accurately Maintain accurate counts and organization of materials throughout the production process Clean and maintain gatherers, pocket loaders, and surrounding work areas Perform other production duties as assigned 7:00am - 7:00pm, 2-2-3 schedule, $15.60/hr Qualifications & Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, bindery, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and job specifications Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in materials or production Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule Thank you for reviewing our Bindery Workers position!
