Lead Technician Screenmobile of Prince William & Fairfax Counties is a locally owned and operated window, door, and porch screening business proudly serving Prince William County, Fairfax County, and surrounding areas. As a mobile screening service, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality screening solutions to our customers' homes and businesses. We are seeking a motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team. This leadership role is responsible for leading daily field operations, mentoring technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing an exceptional customer experience on every job. The Lead Technician will work closely with the owner to oversee installations and repairs, coordinate job execution, and support the training and development of team members. We will provide training, tools, and equipment needed for success. This position requires a motivated team lead that is willing to anticipate the needs of the job and team. Our customers are our top priority, so we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

Mechanical aptitude, construction, installation, or home service experience required Ability to tow a trailer required Leadership experience or the ability to lead and mentor others Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
